Office Assistant 3 (OA3) - Position MN51

West Vancouver Unit 602 – Vancouver, WA

The Community Corrections Division has a permanent, full-time Office Assistant 3 (OA3) opening available. This position, MN51, is within West Vancouver Unit 602, which is located in Vancouver, WA.

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work hours are determined by unit needs and are at the discretion of the unit supervisor. If you are currently working an alternate work schedule, please be aware that this position may not be able to honor that schedule. For questions, please contact the Human Resource Office.

Qualifications

In accordance with WFSE Section 2 Supplemental DOC Article 4.7 of the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), this job opening is available to internal transfer candidates ONLY.
