The Service is operated by MiSeattleWeb, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. - Email newsletter delivery

- The Service is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

- Violating applicable law or public order and morals
7. Copyright and Management of Content
- Copyright in the articles, photographs, video, and other content created by the Company belongs to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit such content without the Company’s prior consent.
- Copyright in content created by a user belongs to that user. The user grants the Company the right to use such content as necessary to operate and promote the Service.
- The Company may remove or refuse to display any content that it determines, in its reasonable discretion, violates applicable law or these Terms, without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- The Company is not liable where it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure, communication failures, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
