청각장애인 겸 시각장애인 전문가는 워싱턴 청각장애인 프로그램의 사명에 맞춰 학생들의 교육 접근성을 강화하고 개별화된 교육 계획(IEP)을 지원하며 지역 교육 역량을 구축하는 인증된 교육 전문가입니다. 이 직위는 전문가 상담, 협업, 그리고 IDEA에 따른 서비스 제공을 통해 청각장애인 겸 시각장애인 학생들이 공평한 교육 기회를 누릴 수 있도록 보장합니다.

본 직위의 연간 급여는 밴쿠버 교육청 급여표 (PDF 리더 다운로드) 에 따라 교육 배경과 경력을 기준으로 학교 연간 일정에 따라 180일 동안 지급됩니다. 밴쿠버 교육청 급여표는 2026/2027 학년도를 위해 가을에 변경될 가능성이 있습니다. 교사들은 혜택 탭에 나열된 휴가나 공휴일에 대한 자격이 없습니다.

The Washington State School for the Blind (WSSB) is a school with a purpose to empower blind and low vision individuals to reach their full potential. We believe in a future where every blind and low vision student in Washington has the supports and services they need to succeed.
Our programs and services are provided across a diverse continuum of service options; including a range of short and long-term programs that include residential options at our Vancouver campus, outreach services in local schools and communities, access to specialized technology and resources through our Ogden Resource Center, as well as training options for parents, educators, and related service providers through a combination of department efforts.

The annual salary for this position is paid in accordance with the Vancouver School District salary schedule (Download PDF reader) and is therefore based on education and experience for 180 days per school calendar year. The VSD salary schedule is potentially subject to change in the fall for the 2026/2027 school year. Teachers are not eligible for the vacation or holidays listed in the Benefits tab.
