A second front is bringing gusty winds and rain showers, with wind advisories in effect for most of western Washington until midnight Saturday, according to theNational Weather Service (NWS).
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down, and a few more power outages may result, according to AWS.
Puget Sound Energy and Seattle City Light, as of Saturday afternoon, were already reporting thousands of customers without power.Seattle City Light crews responded to an outage in Shoreline affecting approximately. 3,170 customers were without power. The cause of the power outage is under investigation, and an estimated time of restoration has yet to be determined, Seattle City Light said.
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) outages are scattered throughout western Washington, as of 3 p.m. PSE is reporting nearly 19,000 without power.
Crews are prepared and ready to respond to power outages, PSE said.
The Wind Advisory is in effect until 5 a.m. Sunday for portions of northwest and west central Washington.

There is also a Gale Watch in effect through late Saturday night for the northern coast, according to AWS.
Cooler air moved into the Cascades Saturday, lowering the snow level to around 3,500 feet, according to the NWS.
The NWS has issued a Winter Weather Advisory starting at 11 p.m. Saturday through Sunday night for the North Cascades, including Mount Rainier, Snoqualmie Pass, Mount Baker, Greenwater, Stevens Pass, Ashford, White Pass, Crystal Mountain, SR 18 at Tiger Mountain Summit, Longmire, and Paradise.

If you are headed over the passes, give yourself extra time and plan for winter driving conditions.
Total snow accumulations could be 6-10 inches for areas above 3,500 feet, except on Mount Rainier that could see 10 to 14 inches of fresh snow, the NWS said.
Stevens, White, and Blewitt Passes can expect steady snow while Snoqualmie may see a rain-snow mix or sleet.State Route 410 Chinook Pass and State Route 123 Cayuse Pass closed for the season Friday morning due to the anticipated snowfall in the mountains this weekend.
