Correctional Records Technician - Position #CP31
Employee and Business Support Services – Warrants Unit
Headquarters - Tumwater, WA


This position is not eligible to telework.

The Department of Corrections (DOC) has a permanent, full-time Correctional Records Technician opening available at DOC Headquarters within the Warrants Unit. This position, CP31 is located in Tumwater, WA.

The work schedule for this position is:

CP31 - Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Qualifications

In accordance with Article 4.7 of the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) 2023-25 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), this job opening is available to internal transfer candidates ONLY. Employees who meet the following criteria may apply: 

  • You are requesting a transfer under Article 4.7 of the WFSE CBA.
  • You are a permanent DOC employee.
  • You currently hold permanent status in the class being recruited for in this job posting.
  • You are currently in a position represented by WFSE.
