Join our team at Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health in Tukwila as a Therapies Supervisor and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients!

You'll coordinate treatment services for Institution Counselors, Recreation Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Personal Services Assistants, and Recreation Specialists to support the recovery and well-being of our patients. This is an opportunity to lead, collaborate, and innovate within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.
King County employees receive 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary and are eligible to receive a free ORCA card for transportation use.

Some of what you’ll do

Plan and administer a coordinated master schedule of activity and rehabilitation therapies so that each patient receives individual comprehensive, prescribed treatment to support recovery.

Who we’re looking for
Those with a bachelor's degree involving major study in occupational therapy, physical therapy, hospital recreation, vocational counseling, psychiatric social work, or a social science-related degree.
And
Five years of professional experience in a therapy program, including two years in administration and direction of professional staff.
(A master's degree in the areas of study listed above will substitute for two years of non-administrative experience.)

Or

Nine years of professional experience in a therapy program, including two years in administration and direction of professional staff.

Note: Occupational therapy majors must possess registration with the National Registry of Occupational Therapy; physical therapy majors must possess a certificate of registration issued upon the recommendation of the Washington State Examining Committee of Physical Therapists.

An Agency Affiliated Counselor credential is required, with an application made within 60 days of hire.
