At Lakeland Village, our Registered Nurses describe serving people with developmental disabilities as the most rewarding and fulfilling work in healthcare. We have opportunities to join us, where you will get to work with our clients who are sincere, genuine, and thrive from our dedicated service supporting them to live their lives based on choice. We are looking for dedicated RNs who are passionate about fostering an exceptional culture, where teaching, mentoring, and coaching empower every individual to feel valued as a vital member of our community.

Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate.  Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.

  • Foster wellness and serve as a liaison in partnership with our team, clients, and family members.
  • Inspire strength by collaborating to plan, develop, and deliver nursing care for clients.

  • Document observations, interventions, and other pertinent information related to a client's health status.

  • Provide professional consultation and support LPNs and nursing assistant staff.
